Please ensure you know the import taxes and duty fees from your home country before any purchase as these will be the buyer's responsability. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and/or duties, the parcel will be returned to me. If the parcel arrives undamaged, the order will be refunded excluding original and return shipping fee and a transaction fee of £36. If the parcel is lost in transit or returns to me broken, I won't be able to offer any refund.
